LIV Hospital services are very much in line with and in no way inferior to the world level, believe me, because due to health problems of my family, we had to see clinics in the USA, China, South Korea, Israel. From the very first call I felt great care for me as a loved one. Many thanks to Sabina, Nigina - coordinators / translators, they did a great job, we could contact them at any time of the day and they supported the patient with all their hearts. Please note that everything here is based on Turkish, only doctors can communicate in English. It can be seen how much Turkey has advanced and is self-sufficient. I am grateful to fate that I met the professor - neurosurgeon Chagatay Ozturk. Easy to communicate, concise, it is immediately clear that the highest level specialist, after the examination, identified the problem and showed it on the MRI scan and explained what was to come. An operation was performed to remove the hernia on L5-S1 and a titanium disc was installed. The atmosphere of the team was very favorable and cozy, there was a high level of coherence and discipline. The concern was such that I did not feel any pain or heaviness, although they say that the operation was not an easy one. On the second day after the operation, I already walked and on the sixth day I was already discharged. Finally I got rid of pain and sleepless nights over the years! In principle, the visit went very well, only good impressions remained. Now there are certain problems, because doctors at home do not agree with the diagnosis that was made in China, but we were provided with professional help at the Food Clinic. Despite the fact that the full-time translator was on vacation and we took it on our own, the visit went very well. The rooms are very good, they look like 5 star rooms. As soon as we arrived, the nurses came to the ward, measured the pressure, helped in everything. In general, the clinic staff is friendly and helpful.

Was on vacation in the state of Goa. Before the trip, he performed an operation to remove prostate adenoma, according to the results of a biopsy, he found signs of adenocarcinoma. In order to have different opinions, the doctors decided to consult with a local oncourologist from Manipal hospital. Ostap Bondarenko from Bookimed arranged for me to see a doctor. Before that, he attempted to contact the hospital on his own, but they did not respond. Everything is well organized there. I like it. All questions discussed. Translator Svetlana first discussed everything with me and clarified the terminology. And then at the reception everything is available to the doctor translated my questions and his advice to me. Mom could not make an accurate diagnosis, and we decided to be examined in Korea. I left a request in bookimed. And what surprised immediately rang. Everything is clean in the clinic, all doctors, all medical staff are qualified, and very friendly. The translator was with my mother all the time, and he explained everything very clearly. They quickly took the tests, and immediately established a diagnosis, they said it was necessary to do the operation. The operation lasted 5 hours (general preparation, etc.) after the operations in the clinic 10 days. They did everything neatly, everything had almost healed. Hello. I just wanted to mention some of the things that happened, so that your team is in the loop of what your customers are going through. I was contacted by Dr. Sadeq, which was very pleasant to communicate with. Roman on the other hand, was not clear about anything from the beginning. Saying “don’t worry, it is okay.” After confirming the doctors, and sending all my medical files 2 weeks ahead of time, I came to realise that the doctors have no idea about my condition. I walked in to a confused doctor, not even knowing that I have heart failure. I saw this as quite unprofessional that they haven’t even had time to review my documents. Once the doctor asked for my files, Roman did not have them, and I was forced to give a brief summary of what happened. This made me feel that my case was of no interest or importance to the representative. After finally managing to see the surgeon, he said that was the only day he was available (March 2nd), and that he was flying for work elsewhere. He had asked me to come back on the 16th of March. I could not believe that, as I have paid for tickets, plus hotels for two people (my mother joining) for 10 days in Vienna, when the doctor is not even there to do the surgery I was supposed to do. Do you know what the costs are of this mishap? After that, we ended up seeing another cardiologist recommended by the cardio surgeon. He was great, but when we came back the next day for ROman’s set appointment, it turns out there was no appointment, and he “had to go” and left me to deal with the hospital. The communication with Roman was horrible. I was just waiting in the lobby for 3 days not knowing what will happen, what are the fees, and no warnings or consultations. Especially when an x-ray costs 2,500 euros, I would have appreciated an initial warning of the costs. Not just “come pay” style that he has. That is as much as the biopsy, which I will still have to do in the future. I have experience with companies like yours, but the unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and unorganisation is unprecedented. I am going out of my way just to clarify what my experience was with your team, with handling things. The hospital and doctors were great. It was just the missteps by Roman that was upsetting.

I was in Severance on May 27, 2019 at a reception by the oncologist's homolog, and on the same day mammography and ultrasound of the mammary glands were done.
