In order Bookimed was advised by a friend when she was diagnosed and the question arose of confirming it and obtaining a treatment protocol. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the diagnosis, Ukraine could not be considered. In general, everything seems confusing when far from medicine and you do not understand how further. 1. At night, Bookimed wrote - in the morning they called, identified the coordinator Daria (medical unit), they received copies of the test results, consulted and suggested further actions: clinics, expenses, etc. I chose Anadolu (Turkey), although Turkey was not considered Turkey at first , but having studied the info on the Internet and the reviews made a decision. 2. Logistics (flight, transfer, resettlement, etc.) organized by Barbara. Tickets, reservations, and so on — we didn’t do at all.) Now I wondered if there were any rust or comments — but no, everything was clear, correct, prompt responses, constant communication and full support. That's really all at a decent level. 3. By hotels: it was possible to choose on the territory of Anadolu or nearby (there was a list of hotels that provide transfer to the clinic) I decided that it would be boring on the territory of Anadolu, some patients and chose Elite hotel darica, in the hope that in addition to the clinic I would not have to be in the room. Hotel standards, but in early December, the kitchen is empty and very sad. But the room is spacious, modern - ok, were not hungry, although probably for all my trips and hotels - it was the most meager breakfast and dinner. But in the room kettle, which was very useful to us. Friendly staff 4. In the Medical Center Anadolu accompanied Suleiman. In general, at all stages - accompanying higher praise. They know their business: correct, unobtrusive, but leading and most importantly constructive. 5. The clinic itself: a large, bright, modern, functional, no frills, but it became very sad that there is simply nothing like this in Ukraine. Reception in the queue, waiting for reception for a couple of hours, but the chairs are incredibly comfortable, you can be in the Cafe (there are also sofas, there are different snacks) - they will call. There is a dining room, but there is a clear time for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In short, there are no comments when they immediately warn you that you need to wait and the waiting conditions are comfortable. 6. Reception at prof. Zafera Gulbash: there is nothing special to write, most of the techniques of normal clinics, the behavior of doctors is professional, the examination, the study of test results, the questions and the definition of further actions, the tests are done quickly, all electronically immediately on the monitor for the doctor. The doctor has caused trust. 7. It should be noted that we are at the very beginning: reviewing the diagnosis. Conclusion: everything and support from Bookimed and being in Anadolu was comfortable in all respects. We move on. I definitely recommend

"Clinic definitely recommend
When they learned what was needed in the clinic, they didn’t even know where to run and whom to contact. Coordinators helped to select a clinic. They gave us a doctor. Everything went great, the doctor is a true professional.  Separately, I want to note the attitude to patients. We were met at the airport, brought to the clinic and there was already a translator waiting. Literally "by the hand" we were taken to the doctors, everyone translated. Then they provided a taxi to the hotel.   During the operation, the ward was provided for two people - for the patient and the attendant; both of them were included in the cost of the operation.   After surgery, the doctor held a consultation, making sure that you can fly back. And only then answered questions remotely that arose.  Clinic definitely recommend

Surface melanoma was detected in November 2016. A deep excision was carried out in the Kiev oncology center at Verkhovinaya Street. The thickness of melanoma in Breslow is 0.038 mm. In a year and a half, the histology was rechecked in Israel. After rechecking, applying with help to this resource, Constantine offered to undergo examination in the clinic of Turkey, in Istanbul. The clinic is called Liv Hospital. The glass and blocks were rechecked in Turkey. Almost everything coincided with Israeli data (0.68 mm thickness, 0.7 mm Israel) and 1 mitosis was detected. Translator Madina, who accompanied us all the time, just umnichka !!! In all delves into itself. You can all ask her again, she will ask the doctor if you do not understand something or have additional questions before the examination. Two doctor's consultations are included immediately in the cost when you pay only the first - one before the examinations and the second after. It was also possible to ask for other health problems and get advice. There are almost all doctors there. If you want to check on other issues - take with you all the available documents. I was also examined for gynecology, as in Ukraine they put dysplasia of the cervix. The diagnosis was not confirmed in the clinic of Turkey. At the moment, they said that the BSLU does not need to be done and every survey was painted for every 3 months in Ukraine. We thank Constantine and his colleague Julia for their assistance, as well as assistance in organizing a free transfer to Istanbul.

All analyzes and the conclusion of the doctor at my request translated into Russian. The only thing that did not like this doctor coordinator was my analysis and the conclusion that I sent in 2 weeks should have been translated and provided to the blade Medipol this was not! As a result, this provided a lot of difficulties. I had to take additional tests, which are not cheap. She came to the clinic Anadolu in December 2018 for examination and consultation. The clinic is large, modern, very clean. Shuttle organized. We had curator Suleiman and we were accompanied at the clinic by translators who are quite good. We liked the doctor. What we had to face: on the first day we went for a consultation with the doctor, where we were prescribed PET CT and additional blood tests. After that, the translator who was with us and the doctor said that we can decide to give the histology blocks to their laboratory to confirm the diagnosis or not. We have not passed since I have been ill for a long time, there is nothing to confirm, and so it is clear. The next day, Suleiman called back and said that the surrender of the blocks is a must if we want to get the doctor's recommendations for treatment (cost 200-800 dollars, we got around 650, the laboratory confirmed the diagnosis). After receiving all the results, we went for a second consultation with the doctor. Her recommendation was to conduct chemotherapy. The recommended chemotherapy scheme turned out to be redeemed separately (cost about $ 530). In addition, I want to advise - consider yourself constantly how much you have to pay, because with each payment of monipulation (paid 3 times to the cashier), the cashiers called the amount $ 200-300 more than we had to pay and had to figure it out again, so that to avoid this, you need to close the account every time after each payment under 0. It is also interesting that on one floor a translator and a cashier give one price. After a couple of Cham, we raise with Suleiman to pay them to another floor, they already consider one position more expensive, the second cheaper. Doctors seemed professional. Low quality translation from Turkish to Russian and vice versa. For some reason, after PET KT (perhaps a coincidence), upon returning home, it was sharply worse. Many thanks to Sabina, Nigina - coordinators / translators, they did a great job, we could contact them at any time of the day and they supported the patient with all their hearts. Please note that everything here is based on Turkish, only doctors can communicate in English. It can be seen how much Turkey has advanced and is self-sufficient. I am grateful to fate that I met the professor - neurosurgeon Chagatay Ozturk. Easy to communicate, concise, it is immediately clear that the highest level specialist, after the examination, identified the problem and showed it on the MRI scan and explained what was to come. An operation was performed to remove the hernia on L5-S1 and a titanium disc was installed. The atmosphere of the team was very favorable and cozy, there was a high level of coherence and discipline. The concern was such that I did not feel any pain or heaviness, although they say that the operation was not an easy one. On the second day after the operation, I already walked and on the sixth day I was already discharged. Finally I got rid of pain and sleepless nights over the years! Everything went quite well....first of all, of course, thanks to the girl Natalia Bruyaka, who was always in touch and helped solve all the questions that I had along the way...Thank you very much to her for her timely and quick help on throughout the entire period... Everything was organized well... we were met at the airport, a VIP transfer, a black Mercedes, the driver, unfortunately, I don’t remember his name - a great guy, just an ace, took him to the hotel... Everything in the hotel super, 5 stars, good finishing, excellent staff, we were accommodated on the 8th floor, with a beautiful view of the city.... The next day we arrived at the clinic... They paid there, and without delay, they invited us to the operating room... The team is excellent , young guys and girls, cheerful and relaxed, (they even sang songs during the transplant)... the transplant went quite quickly, they got it done in 5 hours, because the people know their stuff, they are all true professionals, both the doctor and the guy, who drew the hair line, and the girls who were assistants....Everything is at the highest level..The transplant itself is painless, only at the very beginning, when the painkiller was administered, it was a little painful, but it lasted about 10 minutes.. In general, I am satisfied with the transplant itself , I hope that the result will not be good, we’ll see in a year.. Then we were taken back to the hotel, and I spent that day in the room, did not go anywhere.... The next day I had a rest day, and the hotel staff organized a tour for us to the historical center of Istanbul... We had a great time there, and a day later they took me back to the clinic, showed me and washed my hair, and the ace driver took us to the airport... Bottom line: without much strain, I had a hair transplant and my wife and I had a great time in Istanbul, trying different dishes, making excursions and having the opportunity to shop... Thank you very much to those people who organize such tours and carry out such work... I am very grateful to them...
