After retiring from public service in 2021, he worked at Özel Ege Yaşam Hospital and Özel Ege İnci Surgical Medical Center. Since 2023, he has been practicing medicine in his private clinic. He is proficient in English. Married and a father of two, he is a member of the Turkish Society of Orthopedics and Traumatology and the Turkey Sports Injuries Arthroscopy and Knee Surgery Association.
