How to Pay for Your Treatment
Upon arrival at the clinic, you can pay for your services using one of the following methods:
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard)
- Cash
- Credit Card/Cash Combination
- Installments: 6-12 months installments with zero interest
Confirmation of Arrival
To confirm your appointment, you have two options:
- Send Copies of Your Passport and Flight Tickets: Submit copies of your passport and flight tickets to the clinic. This ensures your consultation or procedure is booked. No deposit or other prepayments are required at this stage. You can send these documents to your personal Bookimed coordinator or via the direct chat with the clinic.
- Deposit Payment: Depending on the clinic's policies, you may be required to pay a deposit to confirm your appointment. There are two types of deposits:
- Bookimed Deposit: Our medical coordinator may ask you to pay a deposit of $200 or €200 to the Bookimed payment account. Upon arrival at the clinic, you will pay the remaining balance minus this deposit.
- Individual Clinic’s Deposit: This deposit varies based on the clinic’s policies, ranging from 5% to 50% of the total cost. The deposit is paid directly to the clinic. Once the deposit is received, the clinic will confirm your appointment dates.
Important! Before your trip, confirm the deposit requirements directly with the clinic. Ensure you understand whether the deposit is refundable and under what conditions to avoid any unforeseen issues.
