Fantastic results, Dr. Ali Sadioglu very thorough, coordinators easy to contact at any hour, always someone present who can speak English, great nursing care, hotel was nice and clean, food was good, everything was arranged for me, very smooth process. I had my own English speaking nurse on my first night post op.

The communication and service throughout the entire process were exceptionally well-organized, leaving me completely stress-free.

Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic was extremely negative. The initial consultation lasted no more than 20 minutes; everything was rushed and felt pressured. There were many strangers in the room, and there was no sense of privacy. The main focus was not on explaining the procedure, but on urgently signing documents and paying the full amount. The prices turned out to be significantly higher than advertised. For example, the cost of the Doppler (ultrasound) scan of the lower limbs was not initially disclosed, and it later transpired that they charged around €500 for it, even though such a procedure usually costs a fraction of that. When asked about this price, the response was along the lines of ‘we are a premium clinic’, without any specific justification. The conditions at the clinic do not match the advertised standard: the ward was dirty, and there had been virtually no cleaning for two days. The staff speak neither German nor English, which makes communication very difficult. I had to wait up to 30 minutes for the anaesthetic. The documents I had signed were only issued to me a month and a half later and after numerous reminders. I would like to make a special mention of the work of the coordinator, Elif: replies were delayed by anywhere from a few days to several weeks, or did not arrive at all. After complications arose, I was left without support or a solution to the problem. Overall, it feels as though everything at the clinic is run on an assembly-line basis, with little regard for the patient. I categorically do not recommend either the clinic or the doctor.

Dr Ali a man with such intricate hands using cutting edge technology to the best possible expertise. the hospital was ultra clean, sterile and quiet, the atmosphere was so chilled happy and caring at all times the hotel, the immaculate cleanliness of the hotel at all times of the day or night. The restaurant had every type of food available that everyone was able to find something they each liked to eat. The meals were 5* cuisine, and melted in your mouth.
