From the first visit, through the surgery, to the final checkup, we felt safe and well-cared for. The staff was incredibly kind, caring, and very helpful. Dr. Ola Starościak is, in my opinion, a surgical virtuoso. Even the physiotherapist was impressed with the results of the surgery. 💝 I'm incredibly impressed and highly recommend this clinic.

I'm very pleased with the clinic :) I've had surgery at Wilmed twice (with Dr. Gackowski, then Dr. Ciszewski) and each time the staff was extremely professional: from the consultation, through scheduling, initial examinations, clarifying my concerns, preparation for the procedure, the surgery itself (which, of course, I slept through, but I saw a positive result afterward ;) ), post-operative care, follow-up, and even the removal of my stitches! :)
Everything was done on time, efficiently, professionally, and with a smile, and most importantly, with a positive outcome and without any problems or complications.
PS.
This may be a detail, but after both surgeries, I received a fresh and delicious meal (photo attached), so that was very nice :P

I have very mixed feelings. The doctor I had an appointment with was completely professional, I highly recommend him. The women who informed me about the costs during the initial phone call quote potentially lower prices than they actually were, while the woman who estimated the procedure was supposed to call me back the next day at the latest (I indicated that time was of the essence) to finalize the details. I waited a week, and then received a text message asking if I was ready... The service is very lacking.
