What I particularly valued was the continuity of care from the surgeon
If you're researching laser eye surgery, the small details of the process are what matter. I opted for the TransPRK procedure. The clinic's protocol involved operating on each of my eyes on separate days, which I viewed as a careful and methodical approach to the surgery. What I particularly valued was the continuity of care from the surgeon. They personally handled every single one of my checkups, from the first consultation to all the follow-up appointments, ensuring I was seeing the same expert throughout. That was important. As I'm still in the early recovery phase, having a clear aftercare guide has been essential, and the one provided was very comprehensive. From a practical standpoint, every aspect of the service, including the surgeon, the support staff, and the clinic environment, was well-executed and professional.

Overall I have to give the bookimed team a top rating
The staff at Bookimed from the initial off-set answered all my questions, queries promptly.
I was nervous with feelings swaying about my treatment. Upon arrival in Turkey from the airport transfer onwards, I have got to say all doubts were a contrast as to what I witnessed and to the treatment I received.
On the first day the hotel staff were welcoming by the way I stayed local to VMH University Hospital Istanbul Besyol, at a budget I chose the World Point Hotel 700 meters away (Ramada Hotel was even closer.) I'm not arguing with what I paid, hygiene, cleanliness, manners, availability of staff, room, I got and witnessed.
The transfer to the Hospital l walked with my translator, who put all my nerves and questions I had to bed, I must say I felt alot better.
On arrival I was astounded, the smell of freshness, clean, I had to ask the translator how many floors 9 was the reply, Big, busy different ethnicities different cultures, vast array of people from all parts of the world, I felt comfortable.
The level of equipment, the Doctors, staff members would not go amiss in any Country.
The treatment I received the interaction which you have with the Doctor was of great effect to me as the knowledge about my treatment gained was instrumental in what was to happen.
Overall I have to give the bookimed team a top rating. I would recommend anyone who is thinking of surgery abroad of any kind to get in touch with them, I can assure you, you will not be disappointed. Thank you.

I recommend you to go to this clinic
The team is very professional, I went with my friend, and all the tests are done before the surgery, the doctor said that the procedure he was going to do was not suitable for me, and he suggested that I should not have the surgery. they do not think commercially at all, everyone is very helpful, I recommend you to go to this clinic
