If you’re planning to have crowns fitted at this clinic, the first thing I’d mention is the cost. The dentist was a great help; he carefully showed me all the colour options for my monolithic zirconia crowns and helped me make my choice. The staff were also very good. After the procedure, I was given clear aftercare instructions, and I’m generally feeling just as I expected. Everything went smoothly. However, there were additional costs not included in the initial quote. So my main piece of advice is: take more money with you, because it actually ends up costing more than you expect.
I had implants fitted at the Mavidenta clinic in Turkey. The coordinator from Vookimed organised everything very well and was always available to answer any questions. The clinic’s coordinator was also always on hand to help with any queries. I was kept informed every day about when my appointments with the doctor were. The doctors are competent and did their job well; I’m satisfied. The interpreters were also very competent. Thank you for your work. I can recommend the clinic to everyone.
I wasn’t happy that I had to pay more than originally quoted. I had to pay an extra 10 euros for each crown. Also, on the second visit, I had to pay for the hotel myself, even though I’d initially been told that the clinic would cover the cost.

Firstly, the clinic is not called Mavidenta, it’s called VSC clinic. And after doing some research it’s also known under a few other names. The first day i waited 6 hours for an xray. If you transfer payment, expect to have multiple staff hounding you all day everyday until the payment clears their account. Even if you provide receipts they want you to transfer AGAIN. That is, they want you to pay twice. And then still expect you to withdraw from an ATM and pay cash. The hotel staff were nice, but it was extremely basic accomodation, tiny room, in a very Turkish district without shops or restaurants and no one speaks english. When the dentist shaves your teeth and you have very limited ability to eat anything, expect to go hungry. I went without food for 3 days and no one tells you whats going on. Just late night visits to the clinic to wait for hours every time. I felt like they were holding my teeth to ransom even though i provided proof of payment. I actually felt they were trying to scam me. My quote included 7 nights accomodation but the hotel said only 5 nights are paid for. The clinic ignored me every time i questioned this. In hindsight, i should've done more research and chosen a better place. I let the booking agent recommend the dentist and that was a big mistake. Ive been made to feel as though i cant contact them if any issues arise in the future. Guarantee or no guarantee. They are all about the money and clients are just numbers.
No I DO NOT recommend Mavidenta. Overall, it was a very stressful, painful week and i would not do it again.
When it was over.
Don’t lie about 7 nights accommodation when only 5 nights are included.

I was seen to as soon as I arrived and that was very excellent
Staff members were very friendly, the level of language barrier was extremely low, so low that I felt at ease with all the staff members. I was seen to as soon as I arrived and that was very excellent. Everything was explained to me very clearly and I was given the opportunity to ask as many questions as I wanted.
The clinic is spotless, tea and coffee provided for free, wifi is also available is required. Staff are very friendly, the treatment is very fast and convenient
I didn't like the Panorama hotel where I was placed. It was very close to the clinic but not the best of places.

the service was excellent and I would recommend the clinic
If you’re thinking about getting crowns, I’d advise you to pay very close attention to the colour matching right from the start. I’ve had seven zirconia crowns fitted and the care I received from the surgeon and the staff was really good. Everything was professional. My only minor criticism is that the colour ended up being a touch too yellow compared to my natural teeth. I’m still in the healing phase and the sensation when chewing hasn’t quite settled yet, which is normal. Despite the minor colour issue, the service was excellent and I would recommend the clinic.
The clinic is very modern and clean, and the staff and dentist are very friendly and dedicated to their work. I would definitely recommend this clinic because they really did a great job; I was amazed by the results. Thank you very much.
The only thing I was missing was someone who spoke my language so I could communicate better, because I don't speak English, but I managed to get by using an app

For me this was worth every penny
I visited the clinic from the UK to have 28 crowns. I have to admit I was sceptical.
Mavidenta clinic stood out to me for fairness and reviews so I followed this through with them.
Bookimed was consistent and answered all my questions prior offering support.
The clinic connected me and made all the arrangements including transfers from the airport to the clinic and hotel.
I booked my hotel separately as I wanted self catering and an apartment. I made sure I was within a close travel distance to the clinic.
When I arrived at the clinic I was met by a translator who explained everything. I met with the Dr who was truly an expert in her field. The clinic was spotlessly clean , modern and staff were also the same.
I discussed my treatment plan again at the clinic as it appeared I would need some root canal work and filling which were additional. I also upgraded the quality of the crowns. I paid half of the treatment up front and reserved the rest for the end. The treatment took 6 days and I was at the clinic 5 of the days. Total time at the clinic each day would range from 1hr too 5hrs. I was given prescriptions for antibiotics and pain relief.
The entire process was reflective of the cost and quality. The clinic was not the cheapest nor the most expensive but it was and did deliver a high quality finish and service. I don't believe you could get much better.
If your hesitant about visiting don't be. For me this was worth every penny.
Tips and things to be aware of:
If your paying by debit or credit card you will need to pay local tax.
If you pay cash you don't.
Don't expect this to be a pain free process. It's dental work. However the clinic and staff are super professional and your given pain relief.
Allow yourself a few days extra at the end of the treatment so if there are any complications you can sort them out and allow yourself time to enjoy parts of the city at the same time.
Try and book accommodation close to the rail network or within a 30 min walk.
Overall I was highly satisfied with the entire process and would recommend the clinic and process to anyone who is thinking of visiting
