International patient care is coordinated by Hülya Bingöl Güngör, Co-Founder, Clinic Director, and Director of International Patient Services at DB'est Clinic. She oversees every stage of the treatment process, including the initial online consultation, treatment planning, appointment scheduling, travel arrangements, accommodation, hospital coordination, and postoperative follow-up. Patients have a dedicated coordinator throughout their treatment journey to ensure clear communication and continuity of care.
