I’m still early in my recovery, but I’m feeling better than expected. The support afterward has been solid. The clinic has stayed in touch and gave me a straightforward aftercare guide. The only additional expenses were for recovery medications and compression garments, which was a small and predictable cost. A piece of advice for others: make sure you confirm the most direct route to the airport pick-up location in advance and ask about which airport is most convenient for travel, as it can make a difference.
The care was exceptional. From the moment I opened conversation expressing my interest in the procedure and process, the Bookimedgroup and hospital team walked with me through every step with excellent communication, accommodating all of the travel mishaps, and ensuring that I was comfortable, and took extremely helpful steps l, at their inconvenience, to make me feel well taken care of.

I am extremely pleased with the experience, and have already recommended them to my family member, interested in a different procedure. I would be happy to work with them again, and would not even consider another option. They made things almost too easy. The facility was clean, well staffed, and made the stay as comfortable as could be asked for. Everyone was kind and caring, and really made you feel... safe.
I would tell anyone on the fence, talk to the Bookimed team, even as an exploratory conversation. There was no pressure, they are sensitive to people's needs and unique situations. You will not regret it. It was a great experience, and we'll into recovery, they are reaching out, checking on my progress, making certain I am doing well. Well, the hospital food is a general human complaint, and doesnt count. Sometimes the nurses and I had language difficulties l, but in most cases l, there was someone available to come and translate specific details. Otherwise, I have zero complaints. It was the best medical experience I have had, so it is difficult to site an improvement, directly.
