Ozkaya proved himself to be a professional, answered all our questions, the corneal transplant operation for my one-year-old child was rather quick and effective at the moment. I planned the trip on my own, buying into advertising, and specially came from another country. There were few patients, but the service was very slow; I waited for an hour at each office. I went in at 10 am, left at 4:30 pm, and had an appointment with the doctors in advance + I adjusted to their schedule due to their travel. The service is disgusting, the staff is indifferent and I had to raise my voice several times to get attention. I paid over $1000 to wait for hours (!) and left with mixed feelings
